Your almost better off sending it certified mail, its cheaper(like $3) and it has a return reciept. overnight is $12

There doesnt seem to be an edit button, so I couldnt add it to the orginal post.

And I really, ultimately, dont mind if he wanted to back out. But the lost MO and resending it and now no responds just irrates me. As I could have probably traded the other 2 broadsides to someone else if he just said he couldnt do it.

The BTR and backout forums do not allow you to edit your posts.
Post editing was disabled due to too many people deleting all of the information from their BTR reports after they were rectified.

Correct.
It ends here, as nothing but time was lost.

You cannot file a BTR but, if you wish, you may leave a negative reference, provided it meets the criteria.

Well.. probably you meant a Negative Reference.. as a negative BTR is actually a positive (mathmatically)..

Since it looks like you are out nada.. your option is to leave a Negative reference if you felt this was an astoundingly poor situation and his handling of it, or nothing. If you want it "on record" you can leave the Negative or even a Neutral, but he can appeal within 30 days.. so keep all your correspondence.

I think, personally, I would not leave anything, just leaving this Backout report as a record.

A lot of the traders here, me included, will look at this and the BTR forum before sending any correspondance to an interested party. These sort of posts help decide how we want to conduct our business and who with. It is also a good place for new traders to come and gather information about how the community works.

This thread's kind of hit it's life span. I'm going to go ahead and lock it.

You can lock it any time.

The bottom line is all he had to do was say "hey, cant buy them at this time" for whatever reason, and just drop a note to me, and I would have been fine. I can understand that.

But keeping me hanging for a month really wasnt acceptable.
