roxismcha ... deadbeat... never paid

I made a deal with roxismcha but even after I waited so he could come up with the money he failed to pay for his side of the deal. As far as I know he has not received the last message but did receive the one asking when I could expect the money and he did not respond to it.

I am in England but have access to the APO so shipping priority takes about a week...
I am not going to do any warmahordes other than my trolls... there are a few things I need there
or... I am building Chaos space marines...
otherwise I am just looking for the money to buy what I need/want for those 2 forces...
when you say you don't have the full 200 at this moment... what are you thinking? how much do you have?
I might be able to give you a batch and if you can get the rest (depending on how long that would take) then send you the rest

I am a new player so i am still looking at all the forces with awe. I currently play circle and am looking at legion and maybe trolls. So i am excited to find such a good legion force. I have addin some shredders and a few other units but this is a perfect start. I mean what this is a 50 point force easily.
