Basically this guy said he shipped and would provide tracking info later. After a week, no package or info from him. I asked him twice for tracking information and he has not responded to either PM. His latest login was this past Saturday. I don't know if this is jumping the gun. It is his lack of response to my PM's.

Thanks for the reply. This is my first time attempting a BTR. If it should be classified as a back out, I have no problem with that. I usually just blow these things off. No, longer going to do that. If a back out or BTR is appropriate then so be it.

No edit button. To answer the original question, "No, I have not sent anything at this time".

Moving to backouts, then.

BTR reports are SPECIFICALLY for when you've completed a trade (or, at least, your half).
For reports on someone backing out of a trade or if they quit communicating with you after a deals' been struck, it's a backout/deadbeat report.
