I don't want to get a reputation for frequently bitching about backouts, but man this guy has me irritated. He's now wasted nearly a month of my time with bad communication, excuses, and now just a plain failure to respond. I've given him every opportunity to do the right thing, and even after promising that there would be no problems he punks out on me like this. I'm really hoping that he'll respond to this thread with something like "I'm super sorry, life's been crazy, your models are in the mail and here's the tracking number." I'd still be happy with the trade despite the hiccups. Bo/Matthew if when you read this, please PM me so that we can resolve this.

I can see that you've read my last two messages you know. Bartertown's pm system lets you see when the recipient reads it, it also tells me when the last time you were online was.
I'd really appreciate it if you'd stop wasting my time. If you are backing out tell me so that I can pursue other trades. There's _lots_ of people on here who want blood angels and I'd really like to get on with it.
Last chance to respond by 11pm CST tonight or I will consider this a backout, at which time I will post the backout report. I will then give you 24 Hours to resolve the backout satifactorally by shipping and providing me with a tracking number, before filing a negative reference for you, which - since it'll be your _only_ reference- won't look so good.

Ok, sounds good. If you're worried that I might be really distressed by the models and want to adjust it more you could include that lizardmen salamander you have listed on your original post as I'm actively looking for 3 of them. That'd go a long way to making me content with pretty much whatever.

I have spent time packing up your parcel, spent nearly two weeks, and passed up several other good trades for this one and I'm perfectly happy to work with you to avoid you backing out, especially since your second to last message was you PROMISING that there would be no problems.
I'll be happy to take off 20 of the unassembled space marines and the drop pod in exchange for the effort of repairing them the models that are broken. I don't mind giving them the TLC and appreciate you notifying me.
I need to inform you that if you do decide to backout, that I will be filing a backout report and posting a negative reference. I really hope that we can get this worked out so that everyone is happy.
Before you make your decision; I had this same thing happen to me last month, you might find the thread on it illuminating. The mods, as well as the traders here, frown on backouts.

OK, have some bad news. I took the daemons out of the foams today to get the ready for packing. Haven't had them out in a couple months, after letting a friend borrow them for almost 6 months. These guys are in really bad shape, and are gonna need some TLC before I would feel comfortable dropping them on anybody. About 7 or 8 bloodletters have their arms knocked off, or swords broken. About 15 daemonettes have broken or unglued arms. One of the fiends is in all kinds of pieces. I'm sorry dude, but I'm gonna kill my buddy and put some time into getting these guys put back together. Gonna have to back out for now, hope you're not too disappointed.

Trust me, I understand the nervousness, I've been screwed a couple times. My biggest issue right now is that I'm military. We have various things going on, and I honestly need to wait til payday (tomorrow) to be able to send this out. I will have it on the way Friday afternoon. Any way you can get it out sooner? Whenever someone says "I'll ship it later" it makes me nervous. I usually ship the day after I arrange a trade. I actually already have your's boxed up and ready to go.
I'm not suggesting that you will flake, but I've had it happen before, and on the offhand chance that you are going to flake, the less time I have to spend before I negotiate another trade the better.
Make sure that you get a tracking number and insurance for a trade this big, I will ship the day or day after I receive your package depending on what time the post arrives, give you the tracking number same day of shipment, and I'll post a positive reference for you.

I';m really looking at getting away from fantasy, towards 40k, and BA is a good change of pace from the GK i've been playing. I'd be interested in either swaping Necron or Tau Armies for your Daemons if your interested, both are comparable in size. I also have a small-ish Blood Angels army (not nearly enough for a full swap for your Daemons) to sweeten the deal.
