It's been a month since my Btown transaction with him. Was told from the start it was packaged up and on the way. It's been almost two weeks since being promised it was going out ASAP. We both live in the States, so it should not take this long.

There are no PMs about the entire trade, I emailed the seller directly, and you see pretty much all the email traffic. The only other email traffic was about haggling over the price.

Yesterday I received my figures from Hoplite and was actually looking forward to getting rid of this complaint, but upon opening the box 75% of the figures were NOT of the company he said they were. I offered a solution (see below). I do not want to send all the figs back, as I bought figs for a reason, and I do not want to wait for a check (it took a month to get the figs, imagine how long it would be to get a check). I will send them all back if that is what it takes, but i want my money first, just like he got his money a month before he shipped the figs.

when I bought them the guy said they were ALL shq. I was just thinking we just void the whole sale as it has been the most problems I have had in 6 years of selling figs.

its better to just void the whole thing.

send me all the figs back and I will mail you a check.

It should be very easy for him to refund the PayPal payment, with no extra charges to either side.

I also encourage you to make sure you have some sort of Delivery Confirmation on the shipping when you return them to him.

1. You need to post all relevant headers and all messages--including any you sent in response.
2. The thread will not be deleted. It can be marked "Resolved", but it will remain.

I think that receiving the $60 refund and sending everything back is the best way to go about things at this point.

@ Hoplite--you are welcome to communicate in this thread, with an eye towards resolution of this issue.

No, that is incorrect. I gave more than one solution.

I have not done anything personally. I have done everything based on facts.

I will send all the figs when you send me a PayPal payment. It took you a month to send the figs, I certainly will not send the figs and wait for another month for a check. I paid you with PayPal, you can refund me with PayPal.

Not personal, but I want this resolved correctly. You received my money before I had the figs, I expect to receive my money before I return them. I, unlike you, will not make you wait a month. I can have them in the post this Saturday morning, IF the refund is there.

You listed an incorrect listing on Btown, made me wait a month for the figs, and I offered a reasonable resolution. Next step for me is to dispute the transaction. If you do not like that step, then resolve this buy refunding $45.00 and I will send back the RAFM figs, or in full and I will send them all back.

And the personal problem excuse is just that, an excuse, as proven already. He said the second delay was because he went to Cold Wars.

Jumping the gun? I paid for the figs a month ago, I had to reach out to you two weeks later to find out where they were, had to reach out again two weeks after that to be told you went to Cold Wars, only to finally receive figs that were not as described. Offered two solutions, only to be told you want me to return the figures and then I'll get a check? Sent me threatening emails, and say I jumped the gun?

Simple, refund fill via PayPal today, or refund partial and I will send back the RAFM figs. Still the same reasonable solution.
