for some reason i have an odd number of skirmishers but whatever...the unit is 7+ua (i guess i lost one or something) and i found anastasia di bray (i think thats who it is) and ill toss her in to make up a little ground. everything is ready when i get the stuff my side will go out within 24 hours (usually)

Edit+++i just found an ashyll di elise (spelling is wrong) merc warcaster. if you get this in time and need her ill toss her in for your extoller. if not no worries

I do have the piper (two actually lol)
i also have saxon orric and alten ashley i think, but i realized just now that i dont have a bokur i traded him for a gundrun the wanderer, im not sure if that changes your interest level any though they are all mercs and it would put us just about even i think (actually exactly so)

Are they painted/unpainted, assembled/unassembled, or broken/good? I definatly want them if they are in good condition and depending on where thay are at the paint stage. The only ones there I don't need is Aiyana and Holt. What other solos?

Hey man thanks for getting back to me. As far as trades I have a fairly large menoth army (or �������/40k) but I don't think your interested in that. As far as cash goes I could only realistically offer about half of what you want.
If you don't have any bites and are still planning to eBay it as a lot I will have to just try my loch there.

Unfortunately you altered the deal in the last couple of PMs by attempting to add extra stuff.
That could be interpreted to negate the original deal that you set up.
That said, It would have been nice if a better explaination had been forthcoming.

Not to be picky, but did you ask him "What came up?" Could be he had a medical emergency or a death in the family, which if he did, would make you look like a complete jerk. Also did you tell him you were going to file a backout report?

This whole thing took place over 2 days, which is really no big loss of time in my book. Just saying....

I was just pointing out that this post could be seen as changing the original deal as you were attempting to make a last minute change after the original deal was made.
It still does not explain the reason why he bailed though.

No iron I didn't. I didn't think I had to. I made this post as a record of what happened and if a trend develops people can make their own judgement.

Sure it was only two days and I'm not heardbroken about it. But we had a deal and he backed out.

Your intentions are good Cynon, but I believe the main intent of this board is to get those people who string you along for weeks, and then just drop off or cancel for no apparent reason. I'm not saying you are wrong in posting this; in fact, you are going by the letter of the law as the rules have been written. It is just my personal view that not every backout needs to posted, and it is a decision call on the person who got backed out on. If you feel your time was wasted or the guy was a complete jerk, then file away! Otherwise, move on to the next deal.

At least the guy you were making the deal with actually had the balls to tell you he couldn't do it, and somewhat gave you a reason. Some people don't even do that.
