I did a quick check on our local post office and postal fees to the US for a package that weights less than 2kg costs about 31 euros to ship. (about 40 USD)

Our postal office said that shipping to US from Finland takes from one week to two weeks at max, but I don't have much experience for packages. I've sent a dozen of hard letters (TCG trading and WoWTCG cards inside) and they've taken about a week or less.

We've only got two options at our countrys postal office, postal parcel and postal express parcel. The normal parcel costs the price which I told you (2 - 5kg, 50 - 53 USD) and takes around 6 - 14 days according to the postal office. The express parcel costs twice (2 - 5kg, up to 110USD) and estimated shipping is in 2 - 8 days. Both are equally tracked and can be insured, if need be.
I doubt the plastic necrons will weight over 2kg however, so the cost for shipping with the normal postal parcel is cheaper. (approx. 35USD~) This is obviously for my side of shipping, but I thought you' like to know.
