Back Out Report: tremulant

I had a deal with Eric Walton aka tremulant to trade my Empire army for his Ogre army. The deal was finalized and I was waiting for him to retrieve his army and ship. He confirmed the deal multiple times then suddenly decided to would rather sell his army and break our deal. I have passed up multiple chances to trade or sell my Empire while waiting for Mr. Walton, that and his blatant admission and disregard for the sanctity of our bargain warrant this report. I strongly caution anyone from making any deals with him in the future. The log of our emails is below:

I am not finding the Teutogen Guard, however I did find another 20 Flagellents (so 40 total), a Hellstorm Rocket Battery, 5 Archers and another Wizardess. I can throw in a sealed elector count on griffon as well, to make up the difference.

It has 4 large foam which hold the painted minis.

Hmmm okay cool! All the models are the newest sculpts right? I'm not a fan of the older ones.

I just had someone message me about a forgeworld chaos dwarf army, so I want to hear the details on it. Otherwise I'm definitely interested in your offer. Could you give me 24 hours?

The majority is all current, the rare/oop stuff was obviously only printed once.

I have a cash offer on it but I would really rather trade. Cashing out just looses half of what I paid.

I also found a Valten, chosen of Sigmar (mounted) and a partly assembled Karl Franz on Griffon (the new one that just came out) that I will throw in if I cit will seal the deal today.

We should be good to go, seems the guy with the Chaos Dwarves backed out. Can you list which models of yours are not newest sculpts? I need to pick up my Ogres from out of town (left them at a friends). I can probably ship by end of week.

End of the week is fine with me.
The non-newest stuff would be I believe the spear men, some of the hand gunners and I think a pistoleer. Things like the amethyst wizard, bearskin bsb and elector.count have never been reproduced so are the only sculpts available and are quite sought after. The unit filler ogre is just a bonus model I used to fill ranks so I wouldn't count him.

Btw I am happy to honor all of the additional stuff I said I'd throw in to make up for any older models you're getting.

Oh sorry I hadn't shipped anything yet, I forgot about the trade been busy - gf and I split up, trying to find a new apartment and stuff. I am sorry that my girlfriend broke up with me, ditched me, and left me with all of the bills - and so now I have to sell my stuff instead of trade like I had wanted to.
