nightlord - Backout

Nightlord and I agreed that I would sell him some Dark Vengeance models for his Paypal payment. After I received the models, he did not send the payment. I knew, from PMs you'll see below, that he possibly was dealing with a lot with the hurricane, so I tried to be as open as possible. After having a couple of PMs sent out, read, and not responded to, I finally indicated that I was going to have to go forward with a back-out report. He then responded, explaining that the hurricane had indeed caused him a lot of grief. I wrestled with this for quite some time, but decided that, even though I'm very sympathetic to the situation, because PMs were being checked, and just not responded to, until I had to "threaten" a back-out report, that I should go ahead and file one. If I had received a message at any time prior to me taking that last step and he wanted to back-out, no hard feelings. But, I just feel that a brief response prior to back-out reports being mentioned was too much to expect, since access to PMs wasn't an issue.

Sorry . But I have been cleaning up and rebuilding after a hurricane. I live in southern louisiana and everything has been a mess includeing my house and my moms and my mother in laws house. If im not at work(EMT) , im working on a house. Sorry but I have to turn down this offer till later. If you feel you have to "REPORT" me then go ahead.
