ericismyname and I agreed on a trade (his Castellan Crowe model for my Inquisitor Coteaz) and he decided, afterwards, that he no longer wanted to follow through on the trade. The following is our string of PMs:

Thanks

Subject: H: Crowe W: Coteaz

Looking to trade him for a new, assembled, or assembled/primed black coteaz.

bassman wrote:Yeah definitely. Unfortunately I'm headed out of town for the night, but can I get you a picture tomorrow afternoon?

ericismyname wrote:I hate to do this, but i have to back out of my own trade!, I decided not to expand to use a inquisitor warband.

Again, im very sorry.
bassman wrote:Very well. Unfortunately, I'll have to file a backout trader post as we had this trade finalized.

Fairly straightforward, as he admits to backing out in his PM.
This is my first backout report, so if I need to do anything else, let me know.
My Rules
1) Lower Rating ships first, even if it's me.
2) Tracking numbers are very helpful (and fun!)
3) Replying to PMs is curteous and takes literally one minute of your time. I try to reply to PMs within 24 hours, it would be nice to expect the same
