Last week there was a posting for some WHFB Dark Elf minis and prices. I sent the OP a PM asking for his PayPal info shipping costs (even included my zip code) and I'll transfer the cash. Sounds like a quick and easy sale to me. Couple of days went by and I sent another reminder thinking maybe he didn't get it even though it is out of my box and into the sent folder. That one was read as well. Waited a few days and sent a third asking what the deal is. Still no answer.

I would have at least liked the courtesy of the OP to either tell me they are sold, he changed his mind or just doesn't like me and I should take my business elsewhere. Had he sent me a price and I failed to respond I'd see my name pop up in the Deadbeats and Backouts forum.

EDIT: On a side note the OP is an established trader with over a 100 rating so he isn't a noob whose mom said he can't sell them.

Has he read your PMs?
Might be that, for some unforeseen reason, he just hasn't been able to log in.

I'm just wondering. That's all.

Also, FWIW, you wouldn't be subject to a backout unless you agreed to the price after he sent it, THEN clammed up.

At 100+ ref's, maybe it wasn't his MOM that said he couldn't sell 'em. Maybe it was She Who Must Be Obeyed.

They have all been read. They went from my "outbox" to my "sent box". It doesn't bother me if the guy that posted them changed his mind. I would have just appreciated the courtesy of a return PM letting me know one way or the other.

It's rude and annoying.

I was just checking because, sometimes, we get so bothered that we're not getting responses that we forgt to check and see if the message was even received. I know it's happened to me.

Move on to the next deal.

If someone doesn't respond to my first contact, I just move on. Now, if they responded and then stops responding, I give them a couple of nudges to see if they just forgot to reply. After that, chalk it up and move on. I try to remember who it was though, just so I don't waste time with them again.

But yeah, it's rude to post and ad and never respond to inquiries. Any chance their ad said "All PMs asking how much will be ignored" and your PM asked "How much?"

Nope. Ad had a sale price. Only questions I asked were "what is your paypal addy so I can transefer the funds" and "how much do I need to ad for shipping to my zip code" since it didn't state shipping was included.
