Is there some way to get help from the administration of the site?
For example, a person refuses to ship for over a month, totally misrepresents thier items and then leaves false feedback that is not true?
This happened to me and I have proof of it but I have not been able to get it resolved yet.

Well, did you check out the rules for appealing a negative feedback you feel was undeserved? Do you have all the communications and was the feedback in question received LESS than 30 days ago? If so PM me the info and I can get the ball rolling for you. If you are missing communications it depends how much you're missing if anything can be done. If the allegedly undeserved feedback was from more than a month ago you are, unfortunately, out of luck. The rules state you have 30 days from the disputed feedback being posted to try and argue it.
