Well, are you just looking for an archive? Stuff of Legends and the Citadel wiki are both good. For purchasing I don't think there's any definitive source. ChaosOrc, one of our advertisers, has a rotating stock of OOP minis, but it's not comprehensive. If you're looking for true rarities, i.e. Chicken Dragon, your best bet is to troll feeBay and pray to get lucky.

If you know what you are looking for, I would suggest posting pics of what you want in the WHFB section. I know I troll through there looking for people who want OOP stuff.
