I recently worked out a trade and sent first. The other trader received and there was a brief delay before he shipped out, and before I received the package I got another pm stating that one model (an ogre standard bearer) had been left out and was on it's way separately. At least that's what I took the message to mean. The first package arrived on the 8th, and I went ahead and left good feedback... which was perhaps foolish, but I had a hectic week coming up and wanted to make sure I remembered it. No sign of that lost standard bearer. The trader hasn't logged in since the 14th according to his profile. So apparently hasn't seen any pms I've sent either.

I haven't named names or provided evidence, because I'm not completely certain as to how to approach this. One ogre isn't a huge loss, but it's still an issue that should be resolved. I don't know if I've disqualified myself by posting the positive feedback or not. And to be honest, I don't think it's shifty trading.... or anything... but I figure it's starting to hit the point that I better figure out what to do.

Well, first I have some questions. When was the second package shipped out and where was it shipped from? Was this a cross border trade? If so a little time lag isn't a huge deal. Did you two use any sort of delivery confirmatin or tracking? How did he send the ogre? Was the first package sent priority while the single ogre was just sent regular mail? That sort of thing could cause a delay,too.
