Per my Trading Advice, did you set a timeline for when he would send his half back to you?
If not, you need to send a note saying that things are not going as you expected, that you expected some kind of confirmation of receipt and notification of shipment by now. I would set a couple deadlines before opening a BTR:
- confirmation of receipt by Thursday
- proof of shipment by Friday
Explain that failure to do so raises concerns, and if they have any issues, they should let you know ASAP.
As it's been a week, I'd feel free to call them during normal business hours to see what's up
Also, by "higher rating", are we talking 60+, 100+, or 200+?

As he hasn't been on for a week,I would try calling him.Maybe he's sick or a family member is sick or hurt, could be he can't get to a computer( I had no access for 2 weeks this fall)got deployed, something. If you have a phone number use it.What's the worst that can happen, he gets mad at you for calling him

? My 2 cents
Pete

I wish you'd left the details of your problem in the posts, and not edited them out.
Even if you mentioned the person/business by name, you could have just edited out the name.
It could have helped traders with less experience who may run into issues like this.
