What is up with ChaosOrc?

Is anyone else having trouble navigating to chaosorc's site? I havent been able to get to it for 2 days. This is also the 2nd time in a month I can't reach it.
I just went to his site. It seems fine to me. It has new buttons, so maybe he has been doing some site upgrades.
