Is this terrain piece FW, ~2004 or earlier?
I've only seen one other like it (unpainted), and the owner didn't know much about his either.

I can't say with 100% certainty, but it looks very similar to this:

It looks like the shorter of the 2 piece set with added pieces.

Forgeworld ones had a display base. Its not on their site atm.. Although I remember it used to be. It looks to me that would be it, from what I can remember.
