So I started to look around a bit as I'm thinking of starting Warhammer Fantasy. I finally found another player in my area after 10+ years. Needless to say I no longer have any of my fantasy stuff. So I start browsing posts in several different forums

I'm comming across something strange
"You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post."
in several posts.

So I go looking in my settings to see if something is up. I find that some of my older posts that have picture attachments I cannot see either, even though I posted them.
I can see some of the pictures in some posts, but not others. The message and the fact that I can see some pictures makes me belive that it is not my computer blocking them.
Anyone else having this problem/know how to fix it?
Or was there a permission change that I simply missed?

I just posted off a message to the admins in case they don't catch this right off. Hopefully they can help you. I can't do anything with permissions.

That's odd. I had never seen anything like what you described, but one of the first posts I checked this morning was this one:

viewtopic.php?f=56&t=90202

And lo and behold, it gives me the very same permission denied message.

Sounds like it's definitely a permissions issue and not just mrrshann618 at the very least. It'll probably be fixed as soon as one of the admins gets on. (Note I say probably. If it's some bizarre issue it might be longer.)

Any word on this yet?

Yes. Richard is much better than Jack Chick.

Also, what'd you change? I went in and increased the overall size of attachments the board can handle.

I allowed the "downloading" of attachments. Apparently, that's the setting that affects SEEING them. LOL

It's the only change I made.
I tried it on the Watch and it fixed the issue with them, so I made the change to the Registered User Group and "BAM!"

So, you keep up with LFG too?
It's starting to get a bit SERIOUS, but I'm enjoying it.
