Possible Problem

I had sent some figures to be painted to member "USA". Have heard nothing for a while. Btown indicates he was removed for multiple addresses. Does that mean I will not be able to contact him via the PM link he used?

That is correct - since he has been banned his PM system here will be useless.

Did you get any other form of contact information - Email, Phone Number?

If you sent him the minitures then you may be able to do a reverse search with his address and get a phone number.

If all else fails you can write him a snail mail letter.

Hope this helps at least a little bit.

Thank you,

This is probably the only real thing that I don't like about how Btown works.

When someone is banned, people that (s)he is trading with lose the ability to contact them.

It seems to me that it might be good if Btown could move them into a special category:
- icon changed to "BANNED"
- status changed to "BANNED"
- signature changed to "banned for ... on mm/dd/yyyy"
- NOT allowed to access control panel
- NOT allowed to post in any forum
- only allowed to send PMs
- given a couple weeks to close out PMs

We offer that, and have done it a few times now, unless we deem the person to be -for whatever reason- not a good candidate for it.
I think I can help out the OP a bit... Watch for a PM.
