Citadelcase trays help

I recently bought the big Citadel case from GW, and want to get another 6 foam trays so I can exchange my WoC and Orks. GW sells 3 of the foams for 25 CAD, so around 8.33 each. Has anyone seen any similar sized ones for cheaper, or better sized? I could probably use a 4" one for vehicle transport. Or would I just be better off buying another big case?
Thanks,
Osloco

For vehicles, I would recommend avoiding the GW trays, as you have to cut the crap out of them. An option I'm planning on using once I get my space marines completed is to get the trays from Sabol -- with theirs, you pluck out little sections of foam to fit your models. You won't be able to use them with another model (unless it's the same size), but it works pretty nicely. Might take a bit of work to fit them in a GW case where they won't rattle around, but it's doable.
Personally, I prefer GW trays for most models, as they're pre-cut and a decent fit for most infantry. But the Sabol trays look great for vehicles, large models, unusually sized models, etc. And they come in varying thickness, from 1" to 4".

battlefoam.com
They have OODLES of foam trays.. they make them sized for GW cases, Sabol Cases and their own PACK system. However, they are not cheap. Economical possibbly, but not cheap. They really utilize space in their trays better than ANY other system.

(ps.. NOT cheap.. but good and will last years)

I dunno...I think I heard somewhere that they were cheap.
I have also heard about a company that will do custom-cut foam trays. The three drawbacks are 1) you have to measure out EVERYTHING, 2) it's only good for that army, or an army with similar-sized models, and 3) they're pretty expensive (i.e. not cheap). On the other hand, you have trays that are custom to carry your army, and you don't have to cut anything up or pluck anything out.

Ah, didn't realize that was the same company. Heard they were great, though. Especially if it's "your" army -- the one that personifies you that you'll never sell/trade away...until you do.

That's about what everyone says about battlefoam; they're pricey, but there is no other product on the market made quite so well for *your* army.
Since every tray is custom cut, if you ever get rid of the army, you might as well get rid of the trays with it (except for generic things, like mono-pose SM's, gaunts, etc).
I hear good things about their quality.

They defiantly have nice trays but they are not cheap.
I recently got one for my Imperial Fist army - it is a 4" tray cut to fit a drop pod and 2 rhino's, cost $25 plus shipping.
For what it is the price isn't bad but there is no way I can outfit a whole army with their trays.
Just my 2 cent worth.
