Warstore order missing pieces!

Hey all,

I placed my first order at the Warstore about 2 weeks ago. I was so excited to have finally ordered an Ultraforge Dragon and some bitz. I got the bitz I ordered but the UF Dragon was missing the 50mm base and the howda. I just wrote them an email but the anxiety is killing me. Has anyone else had this happen with an order from the Warstore. I always hear good things about them.

Thnks

I had it happen ONCE in all the orders I made through Neal (and I used to order a lot). He sent me a LE Space Marine as a gift to make up for the problem. I doubt that he does that kind of thing anymore, but I am almost 100% positive that he will make it right.

I have had nothing but good dealings with Neal and the Warstore staff.

Depending on where you are located it may not be until Monday (maybe even Tuesday since Monday is a holiday), that you hear back as they are closed on Sundays and they close at 3:00pm Eastern time (which acorrding to my clock has already passed).

If you can, call them fisrt thing Monday (they open at 9am Eastern time) at: 631 765 0047 or 631-765-5549 and see if they are open, if they are then there you go, if not call back first thing Tuesday. FYI: the second number is Neal's direct number.

I have called them on a couple of occasions and they took care of the problem ASAP.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck.

Thank you,

I also want to jump on the Warstore bandwagon. Neal has always gone above and beyiond in his customer service.

I made a 100+ buck order back when AoBR came out, and was missing *1* blister when he sent it. Called and talked to Neal. Next day, I was sent the missing blister, and several Sabol trays to pad out the box, (he saw that the order I placed had Sabol trays, so he resent me some more).

Astounding and very gratifying.

That's cool. It's nice to hear that from people Itrust . (I am looking at you Karl.) It's comments like these and the fact that they actually had the Dragon that made me want to order from him. I had been looking for the dragon for weeks/months but he was out of stock everywhere including the Ultraforge Company Site. BTW the people at UF seem very nice too.

I will give him a call on Monday. Thanks for the #'s. I won't call his direct number unless I HAVE to. That seems like priveledged info.

I understand what you are saying but I actually got both those numbers from thier website under the Contact Us section way near the bottom on the left side.

Neal is the type of person that doesn't mind if you call him direct - and you may just get him if you call the main number anyways, he is just that type of person.

I know I have talked to him personally on at least 2 occasions, just by using the main number.

Have a great weekend, and know that Neal and the crew will take care of you.

I've dealt with Neal numerous times, and as mentioned above, his customer service is above and beyond. You can rest assured that he'll take care of you.

I don't have the stuff yet BUT they have been very responsive and it looks like all will end well. Thanks to all for quelling the anxiety.

Like everyone said. Neal and the Warstore made things right. I got the missing pieces within a week. That's pretty fast!
