When does someone become a bad trader?

I made a deal with the guy over a series of PM's over three days. At that point I paypalled him and he said he might be able to ship tomorrow, if not the next day.

A week later I asked if he had and he said he got busy but would toimorrow.

A few days later he said he lives in a small town and the PO was closing down for the weekend but he dropped it off and it will go out monday.

A week later he said he ran into the mailman at a restaurant and asked about my package and the mailman , while showing him his truck outside the restaurant, found my box underneath his seat. He said it went out and should be here soon.

That was last monday, it still hasn't arrived, I wrote him Sat. morning but he hasn't been back online.

What should I do?

This all began April 24 or 25.

Also, if I ever do receive it, what would prevent him from giving me reciprocal bad feedback in retaliation if I gave bad to him first?

Dude... You've been on Bartertown long enough to know the rules.

This forum is SPECIFICALLY for reporting Bad Traders, not asking questions. That would be the "Have Questions? Need Help?" forum.

Please, follow the rules linked above.
