Send a PM to MagickalMemories. He deals with the advertisers on the site and may be able to give you an alternate method of contacting him.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Well, plastickrack is still up:

http://www.plastickrack.com/

I know that's not the main website. He does claim on plastickrack that they are moving the store, so he could be very busy. Maybe they are updating the website also.

Here is the contact page on plastickrack:

http://www.plastickrack.com/contact-the-krack-dealer

There is a phone number if you want to call Nate.

Hope this helps.

Weird.

This site's still open:

http://www.plastickrack.com/

As for the other one... It doesn't look like it's GONE, so much as the link's mesed up somehow. Whenever I try to visit the site, I get redirected to an "Oops" page for a place called "Welch Prooducts."

They are in the process of moving stores. In addition to moving stores they are doing a complete overhaul of the standard BitKingdom site. There is an anouncement on the Plastic Krack forum side

Taken from the announcment from the Plastic krack site
"I do apologize for any inconvenience , we are doing a lot of internal maintenance within our shop as well online.

There will be a new Bitkingdom site that has been in the works for this past year that we are preparing to launch."

My guess is that they are having launching issues
