Hi,

I have sent some emails to admin@bartertown.com and didn't receive a reply so I'm posting here in case I got something wrong! I tried to sign on a few weeks ago to my account and it is not working. I am Stone_Wolf_Volkainen, and I had a rating of about 60. When I went to log in, it auto-filled my info as usual, but it wouldn't take the info and keeps telling me I'm using the wrong password. When I tried to have it sent to my email address (the one I signed up with originally, which is still active) it said it my email didn't exist.

Please help! I would like to do some trading, but I don't want to start back at zero!

Also send this info as a PM to Linrandir and TMA .. they will certainly want to know this.. as well as you being upfront about having to create a second account to send requests about the first account.

Have you tried manually typing in your information rather than rely on auto-fill?

Are you using Internet Explorer?

If so, what version?

Also... How familiar are you with the "Tools" function in the toolbar for IE (I don't want to tak over -or under- your head).

No on the Internet Explorer, using Google Chrome. I have been since it came out, and it imported my settings from IE. So I'm not sure whats up with that! As for manual typing, I did that too, and it keeps saying "you suck" LOL.

If you're using Google Chrap, I can't really help with walk-throughs.
I'd say to try deleting your cookies and your temp files (online AND offline). See if that works.

Yes, several times from two different computers...no luck.

Well, I can't do anything for you right now, but maybe at some point in the next few days I'll be able to look deeper into it.
