Is it possible to put a link to the persons refs on there profile page? I always have to go looking for a post to find there refs, because it is not on PMs.

I think you can link it in yoour sig...just go to the page that shows you feedback and copy that URL and then post it as a sig....

well....if you go to your profile and past your feedback URL into the website options of your profile you will get a little website button under your name...

That is viewable from the email/PM section.....But then everyone needs to be away that, that is what it is.

See my signature for an example

Just bear in mind this DOES NOT WORK if you are using the subsilver2 layout.

ref_view.php?user_id=6739 <-- my refs. user_id seems to return the best results, but there are at least 4 other ways you can link to get all or most of your results.

montaa see thats the mistake I made....He doesn't want to get to his references, he wants to be able to check others references who PM him.

I have had the same problem also where I put up a want and get 4 or 5 responses but have to go searching for their ref number in old posts to see who would have be a better trade potential..

Your's only works if the guy who PM's him actually takes the time to put his ref's in his sig (like I said in previous post)..but for a large number of newer people they hardely know where to find the trade ref number...let alone put it in their sig.

(heck took me a week to figure out where to find my own number :D)

Click on the check references tab above.
It will take you to this page:

itl_view.php

Just replace the itl with ref and it will take you to this page:

ref_view.php

Then just bookmark that page and pull it up whenever you need it to check usernames of traders.

I hope that helps.

Thanks Adunaphel

That does help alot.

For all the WoW minions out there.
You gotta fight the addiction. WoW is evil. All those who finally woke up and broke the habit (literally). We know all to well when you look back at the years or wasted time. How bad it actually is.

What I got out of WoW
1.5 Years of wasted time.
40lbs of excess body fat
Multiple health problems from gaining weight while playing WoW
Lost faith in inherent goodness of mankind
Close call to an accident - When I tried to blink through a intersection in my car.

With all due respect, you sound like the people in the early 70's who blamed their kids' issues on D&D.
WoW didn't cause you to do any of that. You did.

People get addicted to WoW, not the other way around.
Wow never came to their house & MADE them sign on.
It's just like people with an "Internet Addiction" (not me, BTW... I can stop at any time). THEY are the ones who shold have the control.
The wasted time is a matter of opinion. Some people see that time as time spent enjoying a hobby they like.
The 40 lbs... Nobody MAKES them eat that food, and nobody chained them to the desk.
Health problems... See above.
WoW made you try to "blink" through an intersection? I'm not exactly sure what "blinking" is, but it sounds like a limited teleportation, ala the movie "Jumper." If that's the case... Dude... You have bigger problems than you realize. Fantasy =/= Reality. Most people do NOT forget that fact... Ever...

This gives me an idea for a trade.

Have: 40K minis
Want: The total destruction of TMA's WoW account.

Wonder if I'd get any takers? Actually, wouldn't this be a Pay It Foward thing?

You guys realize, of course, that all this talk about him & WoW is strictly rumor/for amusement.

Nobody's actually shown any proof that this is what's REALLY going on, as it flies in the face of what's been reported to us in the past.
