Help needed - does anyone know what this mini is?

HI, this has been really mashing my head, can anyone tell me just what this figure is?

Its an old chaos special character called Delcha the denied one. I probably spelt her name wrong but she was an elven princess that fell to slaanesh.
The model looks to have the head replaced with an OOP plastic chaos warrior head.

Ah you see that was what I thought but I just couldn't figure it out with the head, I have 30 of them all with different heads and I have one unpainted Deccahla, I knew they looked near identical but I just wanted to make sure as. Thank you so much for the help.
