It looks like Neutrals are giving +1 Feedback. Is that correct?

I thought it was changed to +0...

Can you show me where you see the +1? In testing, I think I only tested positives and negatives. I think I might have overlooked neutrals.

When I go into my Feedback, I see a number of individuals have non-even Feedback scores that are only possible if Neutral is +1:

ref_view.php?user_id=5963 (219)
ref_view.php?user_id=8943 (395)
ref_view.php?user_id=228 (143)

If you go into other people's Feedback, you should see the same thing.

Well, I went back & looked at your 3 links.
It was possible that neutrals were leaving +1. It was also possible that the +1 was from previous neutrals (back when Neutrals WERE worth +1), but all other neutrals were worth 0 (came in after the switch). By looking at the 3 you left, I was unable to determine which it was with certainty.

So, I did what any sane person would do.
I tested it.

I went and left a Neutral for Linrandir. Indeed, the neutral DID raise his score.

Besides Vesrian saying it, do we have someone like Lin or TMA saying it? It's not gospel unless it comes from one of those two.

That was back before we were overrun with usurpers.

It was changed because people who didn't deserve a negative were getting an undeserved rating bump for screwing up trades. People didn't want to leave them ref's at all, because they didn't think the guy's rating deserved the bump for screwing up a trade.

Thus, it became that a Good = increase, Bad = decrease & Neutral = no increase.

It really did happen. It is gospel.

I left jagavahn a Neutral and his score went up.

I expected 0 change.

I wasn't going to leave a Good, because of the aggravation of leaving a BTR.

I didn't want to Neg him for -10, because he did deliver eventually. Though I did consider it very seriously. Ultimately, I decided that I will no longer consider the notion of sending first to people with more Neg / Neutral Feedback.

So Neutral for 0 is what I intended. That way people can see the result and the BTR link and decide for themselves.

Just to point out, i don't have any inside info - i just added up refs on a few people who have neutrals.
Back when i said it, neutrals actually were +0. As has been mentioned, neutrals do now appear to be +1. I'm pretty sure it was changed during the latest update. I have no idea if the change was intentional.

Great! Now the ITL will be taken down again to fix it.

I just received a PM response from TrademasterAdam.
He's going to be changing the neutrals from +1 back to 0.

(When? Soon. How soon? Dunno.)
