Anyone have contact info for Travis A. Bliss? I know he's Canadian and supposedly in the military. We were working on a trade, but he hasn't logged in for like a week so I thought maybe someone who knows him or traded with him previously could help me figure out what happened to the guy.

I know... I KNOW... I saw another thread that someone else posted, looking for him... but I can't find it, now.

So in other words he isn't looking to be incredibly reliable....

He told me several weeks ago he wanted to buy a large lot of minis off of me and he was just waiting to get paid. The agreed upon date for payment was Oct. 3rd so it's not too far past, but I thought I'd try to contact him through other means.

I'll give that email in the ebay auction a try and see if that's him.

Well, I sent ted777ccg a PM yesterday and he responded within 10 hours.

He and I had a resolution to a bad deal in april going, and he was going to ship me some minor stuff.. and when I inquired, he claimed ... and this is quoting from his PM..

"Unfourtunately, GW Canada went under, so all of the retailers in and around kingston have nothing"

is this true? GW Canada just reduced prices, but closing their stores? I suspect I am getting a run around..

but.. at least for the OP, I can tell you he was responding to me as of yesterday..

Yea, I tried the email from his ebay auction and got a response from there. The story I got was "The Canadian government owes me a ton of cash from my military job." However, he still doesn't have this money and has asked me to wait longer and longer. I have lost patience and just put the add back up for the minis. I told him if the models are still available when he gets his issues sorted then he can PM me, but I'm not waiting around forever.

GW Canada has merged with GW USA to become GW North America.* GW Canada did let go their entire trade department, but that would only cause a minor hiccup as retailers learn where they would need to go for product.

Didn't go under, just merged. Welcome to Big Business 101.
