I keep trying to post feedback, but I get this message every time with a blank white screen.

That is because the feedback section of the site has not yet been updated to work with the new board code. Trademaster Adam has been aware of this for some time, and evidently that bit of programming has been a major issue.

At this time, Feedback is down, and might remain so for a while. How long.. we don't know.

Other traders, (myself included) have set up threads in the Good Trader forum to keep track of all their Good Trading partners.. until feedback goes live.. I suggest you do so as well.
