Besides changing some of the accessories is it possible to change regular skellies into grave guard ones? Or would it be hard due to fact I'm not able to sculpt....
Thanks

Well, I don't have the new VC book but I imagine the fluff for them is the same as always so you have a few options. If you can buy or trade for some extra bits I don't think you'd need to sculpt much if anything. I'd combine the skeleton parts with some armored bits from the Empire and Bret boxes and maybe some of the bits for mthe Flegellent box (like the skirted bottoms or other clothed bits to suggest cloth over armor). You be suprised how effective just mixing and matching pieces can be. To be honest you could probably get away with just using Brettonian Men at Arms if you added closed helmets or gave them skull heads and painted them in an erie way. Good luck with it!

Bret bits work nicely as do "metal" bits. I have a classic unit of graveguard with full armor, nice weapons, etc. My 2nd unit is simply skeletons with a more uniform appearence(sp?) of better arms and armor. All 22-ish of them have matching swords and shields.
