Bad Trader

What is the general time frame before posting a bad trader report? Do you give them a month or what?
I'm very timeline and confirmation driven, so I've never had to open a BTR.
But If it were me, I'd open the BTR within 2 weeks of their undocumented claimed shipment / cessation of contact.
Of course, I'd give at least a week's notice before that.
