who's the cheapest online seller
Who sells GW the cheapest online. War store is 20% but there must be someone better. I found a Canadian seller that offers 30% but on Cdn prices that isn't much of a deal.

The following sellers have all been good to me.
Warstore-
20% discount on all things GW.
Battlewagon Bits
Good shipping/ service (If there's a problem, they'll fix it)
Fantastic supply of all your hobby needs
ChaosOrk-
25% discount on all of his stock.
Many OOP items. (Usually what I get from him)
Good shipping/ service (If there's a problem he'll fix it)
Bits and Kits UK-
In addition to plastic bits, they stock many metal bits (current and OOP)
Newer company, had some hiccups, but fixed the issues and have significantly improved since their launch this year.
Limited supply of bits compared to Battle Wagon Bits, but the prices are more favorable, even with shipping from UK to US figured in.
All 3 have been fantastic to me in the past, but I use all of them because they provide a different service. If I need bits, I'm willing to wait an extra day or 2 to get them from the UK. I browse CO mainly to find OOP stuff. I also give him 1st look with brand new stuff since he's 25% off. When it comes to supplies, terrain, alternate minis, or bits I can't get elsewhere, Warstore is the way to go for me.
Give all the sites a tour and figure out who gets you the most bang for your buck.

I like chaos orc the most, discount wise. But for some items you cant get elsewhere, Warstore is very good. But even better is bits and kits UK, as there, you can get forge world bits. Not alot, but like specific infantry models, or infantry model parts. As far as I know they dont bits sell tanks, or vehicles.
Yup, Warstore purchased BWB a while ago. That's why I have them listed under Warstore in my initial post. Neal continues to maintain BWB, though there were several rumors that GW was forcing them out of business. BWB continues on with a vast supply of bits.
Bits and Kits is great for prices and the fact that, as pointed out, they sell FW bits as well as GW metal bits. Their prices are very reasonable. The only problem is that they have a very limited stock. They're the relatively new guy on the block so it'll take time for them to increase their supplies.

Fat Ogre mini has some nice deals on previous and current edition warhammer 40k/fantasy. You can usually buy horde for 1-2$ a piece in some grouped deals, and elite troopers at 3-5$ in smaller group deals.
They're usually assembled, primed, and rarely, painted.

If you are shipping a parcel to me, do not use UPS! I prefer UK Royal Mail, Canada Post and USPS. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing the link, but the threads, like, 3 months old. It's probably better off "dead."

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.
