Heya, quick question.

I received a good rating today, and it seems all the info is there, but when i do a search of my rating, it doesnt show up.

To clarify, I get a PM saying a good ref has been left for me. I click the link, and there it is. Later when i click the "check ref" button, and put in my last name, the new ref does not show up.

Trying to make sure i'm getting credit for my good trades, any help is appreciated.

Edit* After further review, it seems somehow that my email, and my username are NOT tied together. So i have a set of references under my email adress, and a set under my username. Any help here?

Email TrademasterAdam and let him know the problem.
He'll get you fixed.

He's a busy man, so it may take a while... but he'll get you done!

Not so strange... You have a lot of older references. This type of thing is pretty common prior to the newer update to the ref system where your trade partner only has to input your trade name & everything else is filled in for you.

See, if you look at the column that says "name," and you do down the list, you'll see many that don't use your full name. When you search by name, any that don't use your name are excluded.
Since you searched by last name, you will see every ref that included your last name in the "Name" field. Search using your full name (1st & last), and you'll probably see an even smaller list.

These problems used to be more common when searching by email address, as well, due to people changing email addresses.

Hope this helps.
