So, I went to the GW site to look up some things, and I saw this little counter thing. I heard rumors about this new fangled thing called 40k 5th, but wasn't sure up unitl now.

Who is looking forward to tossing tons of money for a new edition. That and what the heck are they gonna do? The codex's have been slowly drifting back towards the 2nd ed. style (without all the squad options) does this signal that 5th is going to slip backwards into a 2.5 style game?

Lastly someone was talking about the new "battle of macragge" style box releasing soon. Something about it turning back into SM vs Orks where the starter box was going to hold "enough to field a legal army" Now that usually only means one HQ and 2 troop. So a 10 man tac squad and a captain?

Anyone know anything?

How much you choose to believe is up to you, although Lord_Nagash's thread there has had some backing from other sites that I have seen.

I still don't know if GW can sell THAT many figures for the starter set boxed price.

It looks like 5th edition is on the way...

Man, I dont' even play 40K and that's all I see everywhere I go.

5th ed this and 5th ed that

All I gots ta say is there better be some new minis I can use for Necromunda (great coat guard, anyone)
