Yeah, I have a project under their care at the moment. been waiting on an update for a while. When to look to see if there are any new pics in the gallery section and found an account suspended announcement from their web hosting service.

I've sent an email, but not putting to much faith in that. Anyone have the phone number in case the web site issue isn't resolved in a semi-timely manner. Thank for al the assistance.

yeah, I was part of that thread, however there is no phone number. I have his snailmail address ( i had to send the figures) I wanted the phone number in case I had to do somthing drastic if the website never came back up and/or I never got a response from the email. Not that I have much faith in that being timely.

Seeing the part about their service being suspended made me panic.

I have about 3 to 4 K worh of SM's with him and a $500 deposit.

I decided to check out the site to see what the message said... I got to the site with no problem.

fyi,
I got the account suspended message last night as well. But it does appear to be working for me now. I guess the problem got resolved.

Hope you hear back from him soon.

I didn't mean to make anyone panic. I tried the site last night over a 2 hour span, and then made the post. Tried the sight a few hours ago and it was back up and running. Not sure what to make of the situation.
My project was "mostly" paid for. I have one conversion that was unpaid (90% of job was pre-paid). It was a small job, to test if I liked the services and to get a small batch of models done for me.

one year and counting

Any information would be a godsend. I have been waiting for my army over a year. Kaleib contacted me 2 months ago and said my army was done and ready to ship. I sent him my address and of course have gotten nothing.

I personally haven't heard from 6479 in almost 2 weeks now, ever since I received a few updated pictures.

It's been MONTHS for me.
I'm about to hit him with a big old Legal Smackdown.

Could you keep us informed on this thread, Memories? I'm thinking I'll have to resort to legal action as well at this point. I know I said the same thing before, but after, I thought he and I had reached an understanding. Now weeks go by again with no news, no updates, no communication of any sort.

Well before you do anything, why don't we combine our forces. My project has dropped off the planet for far to long also, My several attempts (after the "fixed" email system) have returned nothing.

Okay.
Here is what I advise.

SOMEONE offer to take this over.
If nobody volunteers before Sunday 06/08/2008, I will take the reins.

EVERYONE who has something owed to them EMAIL the following information to the person taking over (PLEASE, do not PM it or put it in this thread):

--Your name, address and phone number (home #preferred, but whatever)
--COMPLETE list of what models he has & the condition they were in when you sent them.
Be as specific as possible. If you sent him a force that was half assembled, list which models were assembled. A lack of details will only hurt YOU in the long run.
--Did you send a down payment? How did you pay? Include all applicable info (check # -NOT ACCOUNT #-, Money Order Serial #, date it was cashed, etc).
-- Do you have a DC#? If so, send it.
--What was your INITIAL promised ship/return date?
--When was the last time you spoke with him?
--If he eventually promised a LATER ship/return date, what was it?
--Address you sent to

Collect ALL of that information.
Before sending the info to our "contact person," Follow these links and COMPLETE both.

https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/form ... laint.aspxhttp://www.ic3.gov/complaint/

Also, contact your local Police Department.

--If you are given any sort of case # or tracking #, send it to out "contact," as well.

If you are not willing to go through the 2 complaint forms above (or have your parent do it, if you are under age), then DO NOT attempt to take part in this. I suggest that ONLY those willing to follow the legal steps involved be allowed to be a part of this.

If you paid via check or money order, get a copy of the paid item for your own records (Do NOT provide a copy of one of your checks to the "contact person.").

What is the DC# no longer works. That tiny slip of paper dissappeared a while ago.

I'm presuming a typo, and that should be, "What if..."
If I'm wrong, LMK.

I would still provide it, if you had it.
Just because you can no longer look the # up on the web site, it doesn't mean that the USPS doesn't have some sort of database with it in there, still.
I don't know that they DO have one... but too much info is better than not enough.

If you no longer have the DC... Well, I guess there's nothing we can do about that, then. Huh?

yeah it is supposed to be "What if"

I have ALL my emails back and forth from them. Including the ones stating that they received the packange and wanted to verify the contents

And yes, the DC is repeated several times on "replies"
