Where do I post?

If I were to post painting supplies, such as all my old citadel paints, Where would I post them?

I think its ok to post them in the 40k and WFB forums, you might just have to include "Hey I also have a Empire state troop head for trade..." to keep within the rules. I know I wouldnt care if you didnt but I am not a mod.

I would say that the bits forum (while stretching slightly) would be okay.
Also, any of the "misc" (Fantasy, sci-fi, etc) forums should be fine.
If you have aything specific (WWII, 40K, WHF) to trade, you could just add it onto a post for that forum, as well.

Misc. forums would technically be the most appropriate.
On the other hand, if what you're looking for in trade fits into another category, cross-post as much as relevant.
