If I were to post painting supplies, such as all my old citadel paints, Where would I post them?

I would say that the bits forum (while stretching slightly) would be okay.
Also, any of the "misc" (Fantasy, sci-fi, etc) forums should be fine.
If you have aything specific (WWII, 40K, WHF) to trade, you could just add it onto a post for that forum, as well.

Misc. forums would technically be the most appropriate.
