Problem attaching pictures

I cannot seem to attach pictures. I first browse, select my picture so it is in the file name. Then I add a comment in the file comment, and then hit add attachment. I always get back an error saying nothing in file. What am I doing wrong?

Are you making sure it's an allowed file type & size?

It must be a Meg size issue. My pictures are 2-4 meg.
