what would you do with incorrect payment procedures?

here is a copy of my payment procedures from every ad i place. i keep it as a word document and then copy it to the bottom of the ad.
I accept money orders for payment. I prefer USPS money orders. If you wish to use Paypal, send me your email address and I'll send you an invoice. I accept Paypal with funds drawn from a bank or Paypal funds. NO CHARGE CARDS. NO DEBIT CARDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. E-checks held until cleared. Paypal fees have become to costly.
i even use it on ebay.
recently, i've had people send me personal checks, instead of money orders; and paypal payments funded by charge/debit cards.
my paypal account won't accept cc/dc, so i've had to refuse the payment.
my question is: what would you do to people who send you the wrong type of payment? especially those who don't send a payment type you could use/cash and the deal does sour?
would you leave a bad ref?
