Yea, so I got the message in my subject heading. Well, the full things was more like:

Sorry, your last post was -7 days ago in this forum. The rules require that your new posts are at least 7 days apart.

So, I looked around in the FAQ and the rules section, but I can't figure out why if my post is indeed 7 days old I can't post again. I mean, "at least 7 days apart" means = to or greater than 7 days past correct?

Is it 7 days for any post, or 7 days to create a new thread?

This applies to new threads in the trading forums. Yup, down to the second I think. :(

Only the trade sections.

If you had a couple different topcs you wanted to discuss in here, you could open new threads for each one without a problem.

Ok, great. I was concerned that I had broken a rule after I had read the rules to make sure I didn't break them. :)
