no.. you are not allowed to trade illigal copies of books or things like that.. its like selling someone a copy of a game. its illegal.. So you shouldn't do it.. now if you were to give them to them.. thats one thing.. but your not allowed to sell illegal copies.. only actual ones..

Actually, international copyright laws don't allow you to make unauthorized copies at all. If it doesn't specifically state in the published material that -- "The publisher authorizes copying of (X) for personal use.", it is unlawful to copy it. A lot of people do anyway, but technically it's unlawful.
Specific permission must be obtained from the publisher or copyright owner for copies, in whole or in part, to be made from copyrighted material.
It would be bad for Bartertown if a member started copying Codices, rulebooks, etc for giveaways on the site. The copyright owners (ie: Games Workshop) would break out the litigator-ical Barbed Stranglers for that, methinks.

Please check the Bartertown rules on this. They clearly state that nothing which violates US Copyright law is allowed to be moved through the site.
The short answer to your question? Yes, post them or otherwise use this site to trade them for something and you will get Smote. We may even let the Pants do it.

Nothing more terrifying here on B-town than getting smitten by the Pants.
...Unless there's a possibility of getting pants'd by the mittens...
