I would assume so.. as the plastic dreads were supposed to be semi universal.. and there is no multimelta arm for them, nor a second close combat weapon. and the only dread that has those is the blood angel metal one. So I'd assume if you bits ordered those (not that you need them) that they would fit on the normal plastic dread.

They will not fit with ease, but they will fit. The metal legs have a "nub" that fit up in the main body of the dread. The plastic dread legs are rounded on the bottom. You will need to bore a large pin/nub into the legs to make it fit.

just as a side note. I have both an old dread and a new one. The new one stands slightly taller, the leg pistons are extended a bit more than the older metal ones. (my dread isn't on the base, similar to my old metal one) while I haven't swapped legs around the plastics may be a slightly larger "ratio" so it might look a bit odd, then again it might not.

Thanks

For what its worth, forge world dread bodies also have sort of a cup to tehm. I remember one time putting a forge world body onto teh metal legs and it was awkward to get it to stay together.
