Anyone have problems trading on Warseer?

Okay, I know this question is sort of out there, this being BT and all but....
Last month, I worked out a trade with someone from the UK - my INQ bitz for a Sgt. Stone and 2 other bitz. We decided to simul-ship (even though, yes, I did have more refs than him).
He rec'd my half fine by July 5th. He left a positive Itrade ref for me and then mentioned that he had to resend my half since it was (supposedly) returned. Since then I've sent him 2 PMs asking about the status, when he resent, and what the initial problem was. According to my Warseer outbox, he's read both PMs but hasn't replied and I STILL don't have his half.
So my question is has anyone had any problems trading there (their trade forum doesn't provide ANY help)? If so, what did you do and who did you contact? Should I send him 1 final PM and post a bad ref in 24 hours if he doesn't reply?
Any help is appreciated.

I've never traded there. Mainly because they don't have anything remotely close to what we have here.
They have a forum. That's it.
No ITL
No Bad Trader Reports
No community
I do know that Nick is the admin over there. Worked with him re: a few things that involved Btown but other than that, your guess is as good as mine as to what to do. I'd be as annoying as possible if the guy isn't responding to his PM's. Publically and privately. The dipstick should at least tell you what is going on.. no contact= bad news. Any reprocussions would be his own doing at that point.

Ive posted there a few times. Ive found its only good for getting hits on Ebay auctions. I dont think Ive had one response to a trade ad there.

Well, I've learned my lesson, after this I won't be doing any more trading on Warseer. I sent him a final warning PM today with 48 hours to reply. I've attached the text>
"Okay, I've PM'ed you twice since you supposedly resent my half and, according to my Outbox, you've read both and have failed to reply to either. I still have not rec'd your half of our trade and it is fast approaching 1 month of waiting for me.
If you fail to reply to this within 48 hours, I will contact one of the Warseer mods and leave you a negative reference.
If you do reply, I'd like either the customs tracking #, a receipt showing that you've actually mailed it to me, or some sort of evidence that you've sent this twice.
Sorry if this sounds b***** but I think I've waited long enough and, since you rec'd my half, your communication has been sorely lacking."

Okay, well I asked on Warseer and one of the admins basically said all he could do was email him (which didn't work...surprise!) or PM him and "ask him to get this sorted out asap.
So what can we all take away from this.....
DON'T TRADE ON WARSEER
They have no resolution system or (heaven forbid) some sort of repurcussions for ripping people off!

funny enough the only time I have been ripped off is on BT, but hey it happens.
I have found warseer a brilliant place to trade, it suits me more than BT because it has more UK traders. Just thought I'd balance out this thread abit.

Sure, it's a "brilliant place to trade" until you get ripped off, then you're on your own. At least here on BT, there's some type of resolution system, or barring that some form of punishment.
The mods of Warseer are just like "I'll send him a PM". Great thanks. Don't go out of your way or anything to protect your users from scammers.

My experience on Warseer has been so so.
UK traders I always had problems with but I was able to resolve them. Problems ranged from not receiving my end of the trade to getting trashy mini's (not what was shown in pic).
U.S. and Canadian traders I have not had any problems with.
Traders on that forum do not seem to use the Warseer trader rating system or even care for it. I stopped bothering with it myself.
Regardless of where people are trading, caution should always be taken.
EDIT: jadefalcon, you have to log in to see the trading section.

I go to Warseer, but do not see a Forum section for trading.
Can someone direct me to where the Trading Posts are on Warseer.
Blind as a bat.

Just thought I'd share this with the BT community. This is the mods' repsonse to me re: how Bartertown actually helps protect its users and perhaps they should take a queue from the BTR forum:
"And while B'town at least creates the perception that it is doing something, i.e., closing accounts, etc.; in most instances there is nothing to prevent those people from signing back up again under a clone account and/or using a pseudonym for trades. Peruse through some of their bad trader discussions and you will see exactly what I mean; a lot of their "seriously bad traders" have multiple accounts and use multiple real life names."
"We have suspended accounts, where it has been proven that they have defrauded other users, but we do not suspend people on a single accusation. As for Bartertown, they have far more bad trades occurring there than go down on WarSeer. Mainly because they the frauds and con artists know they will have hundreds of folks looking at their offerings."
Wow.
What's funny is that they could do this on WS as well (i.e. opening a new acct.) PLUS WS doesn't have any public forum to make its users aware of abuse and possible scammers, so there's no way to cross-check a user.
As far as BT being overrun with scammers, out of 100+ trades I've only had 2 bad trades here, yet on my very first trade on WS, I get scammed.
Oh, and I'm still waiting patiently for the other user to reply to the mods' PM. I'm not holding my breath though.

I guess the 10,000 users here must be 9,900 scammers. How many people are using Warseer to make trades anyway?
And the what.. three or four people that have come back a few times (and been shut down each time) equal our whole user base? Pathetic.
Nice people there.
