Catching others that didn't read my prior post up to date...

Just an update. The book wasn't the only thing described the wrong way. You guys were right I need to ask for my stuff back. And it better be in the same state I sent it to him or I want it replaced.

Things were described in a state of assembly or assembled. Much of the stuff I got was painted very poorly. Much of it was broken and/or was once assembled.

To make this a question:
Is it resonable to to expect him to replace stuff if he opened NISB stuff and started to assemble it? Or is sending it back enough?

To me, NIB means just that. Everything is exactly how I would get it if I opened the seal and pulled everything out. That means everything is on the sprue (bits do fall of though) and nothing had seen paint or glue ever. I'd also expect all the bases as well as the transfers. NIB...

I can't wait to read the BTR and see exactly how off his description was.
