Is anyone having Paypal issues?

About 5 days or so ago, I could not log into Paypal. Then, the following day I could, now, I have tried sending a payment, and it went through all the screens, but I have not gotten the email I usually get letting me know a payment has gone out?

have you looked in your junk mail? it sometimes goes into there!

Also note that besides the spam filter on your email all of a sudden throwing it into the junk box it could be delayed due to server load/heavy net traffic on their end or your email providers side. I've had it come in days after the original payment was made once. Just keep an eye out for it and follow up if something seems off to you.
