If you've got the codex, it's just a matter of sitting down with a calculator.

1a: Is it assembled? If so, what quality - beginner, intermediate, advanced?
1b: Is it painted? If so, what quality - beginner, tabletop, advanced, master?
1c: Are there any pieces missing or broken?

Once you have a "value" assigned to it, then you can tell for yourself just how much you could get out of it.

I'd say minimum 50% from retail is decent.
