I've seen quite a few ads with pics of models in them.
How do i do this so that the pic shows up as a thumbnail link and not have to upload to BT?

Upload the image and they will give you code to cut and past to the forums

You don't have to sign up for an account, but they are free and allow you to keep track of all the images you upload.
