You don't exactly use paypal on Bartertown. Bartertown simply provides a forum for potential traders to get in touch with each other.

If you want to send payment to someone via paypal you need to first get their paypal details(the email address to send payment to) then log into your paypal account and use the "send money" tab to send the payment.
If I owe you a reference, please let me know. I accidentally deleted my PMs.

TK,

Don't know if you rec'd my PM on this but as Jaga said:

-Login to your acct.
-Hit the 'Send Money' tab
-Enter my email addy, the amount to send, transaction type ('Goods-other'), and any comments.
-Click 'Next' at the bottom of the page
-Under Funding Options select your payment type (as I have a Personal acct. you should only select echeck [which is an electronic check drawn on your bank acct.] or PP balance [if you have cash in your Paypal balance])
-Make sure your mailing address is correct
-Click 'Send Payment' at the bottom of the page

Please LMK if you have any questions...
Trading Guidelines:
1. Lower rating ships first - even if I am purchasing.
2. If you agree to buy something, you have 72hrs. in which to pay. If payment is not received in 72hrs., I will automatically post a Non-Payment/Backout thread.
3. Refs are left upon positive receipt of goods, NEVER beforehand!
4. I accept Paypal & USPS money orders and charge for shipping AT COST. I make no profit from it.
5. I trade NIB/new models at retail.

you can use paypal to request money or send money to someone with another paypal account. it speeds up the trade process immensely if you are buying/selling something for cash. it's just like using it on eBay, but eBay is setup to be a lot more streamlined and there is a little more manual work outside of eBay.
