On the lines of getting back (just questions)

I am just pressing on an issue (this may be elsewhere on the btown world).

For a friend.

Are we allowed to press an issue that is: (these are just a few speculations)

-over 1 year old
-Money paid via paypal
-shipped an item (but dont have record of it).

or should we try to attempt to take care of this via paypal, because it is a paypal transaction and not USPS. And USPS we have no record.

Also the length of time this occured was seriously far back so our case would probably be extremely weak.

But the main question-

Can we do something still?

Do you mean can you post a BTR on someone for something a year ago?

Bluntly...

You are SOL.

Paypal will treat you as if you don't exist if it is over 45 days old and BTown will strike down any thread on it with EXTREME prejudice (and possibly suspend you for blatant rules violations) if you do not have any proof.

1) Always use tracking. At least then you will have a record you sent something.
2) Don't wait a year before doing something.

I'll quit procrastinating......starting tomorrow.

I think you are out of luck.
