What should I do???

I had a trade pending with someone here, he was suppose to send me his stuff first... after 3 weeks of waiting, nothing came in... I sent him 3 mails via BT and he didn't answer them!
What is one suppose to do, post negative feedback? Should I let it go?

Let it go. Other than the opportunity cost by forgoing other trades, you haven't lost anything. Material that is. Sorry.

Agreed. Nothing was traded. Add him to YOUR no trading list and then go grab some other people to trade with.
If for some reason his stuff does come in at random, don't open it and return it to sender.

After the 2nd unanswered e-mails, the 3rd e-mail should put him on notice that you're assuming HE backed out of the deal due to lack of responses.
Negative Feedback isn't warranted because you weren't ripped off. Only if you sent stuff could you leave a Negative.
